Who we are
OpsWorld LLC runs this website. We are a company in the United States. For any question about your details, email us at hello@ops-world.com.
What we receive
When you send the contact form, we receive:
- your name
- your email address
- your company name, if you give it
- your message
- the way to work with us you chose (Review, Build or Improve), if any
If you email us directly, we receive your email and everything in it. Please don’t send passwords, payment details or customer records.
How we use it
We use your details only to read your message, reply to you and talk with you about possible work. We don’t sell your details, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website. To deliver pages and protect the site, Cloudflare handles technical details such as your IP address and browser. We use your IP address only to limit how many messages one address can send each minute.
- Cloudflare Email Routing delivers form messages, and emails to our address, to our inbox.
- Our inbox is a Gmail account, run by Google.
Each company follows its own privacy policy: read the Cloudflare privacy policy and the Google privacy policy.
The website itself keeps no copy of your message. Its logs record only whether a message was sent and which option you chose, if any.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. If Cloudflare asks you to prove you are not a robot, it may set a cookie to remember that you passed.
How long we keep it
Your messages stay in our inbox while we may need them to work with you or for our business records. We don’t delete them on a fixed schedule. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
Email hello@ops-world.com to ask what details we have about you, to correct them or to delete them. We may keep some details if the law requires it.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
